APPM announces new personnel appointments

“Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill”, JSC announces new personnel appointments.

Mr. Vyacheslav U. Rusakov, previously Head of the TPP-1, has been appointed as Chief Engineer of the mill from September 3rd, 2018.  Mr. Igor P. Buligin has been appointed as Head of TPP-1 of Arkhangelsk PPM.

Mr. Viktor M. Zhitnukhin moved to Mill Development Department as Chief Technical Officer for Gasification. 

The relevant appointment orders were signed by Mr. Dmitriy Zyliov, CEO of “Arkhangelsk PPM”, JSC .
