On June 3, 2021, the Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill JSC (100% owned by Pulp Mill Holding GmbH) signed an agreement on financing the operating expenses within the implementation of an export contract for advanced technology products of the company with Eximbank of Russia JSC secured by a standby letter of credit from Sberbank. The transaction amount was 500 million rubles. This agreement is an important element in the development of APPM's export strategy.
This pilot transaction is unique and the first in Russia. Its implementation became possible thanks to the joint project of Eximbank of Russia and Sberbank to develop the Exporter Financing Platform.

The only APPM shareholder is Austrian company Pulp Mill Holding GmbH.
