It is announced on the site of Federation of Labor Unions of Arkhangelsk region, that on December 10, a videoconference of the meeting of Arkhangelsk regional Trilateral Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations took place.

Among the discussed issues – the results of regional stage of competition “Russian organization of high social performance”, intended for determination of organizations, struggling for high efficiency in accomplishment of social tasks, studying and extension of their experience, development of social partnership forms in organizations.

Arkhangelsk PPM, JSC became a winner of regional stage of competition “Russian organization of high social performance” in nomination “For the development of workforce capacity in organization of production sphere”.

Documents of Arkhangelsk PPM, JSC in nomination “For the development of workforce capacity in organization of production sphere” were sent to Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation for taking part in the federal stage of the competition.

Each year the enterprise makes investments to social programs and projects on the footprint territory amounting to more than 350 mln. rubles (in 2019 – 365.7 mln. rubles)

At Arkhangelsk PPM there is one of the best social programs for workers in timber industry, including, among other things, rehabilitation treatment at the base of Byt, JSC, in health centers of other regions, medical services to the staff using the funds of voluntary health insurance, financing of expenses for recreation and rehabilitation for children of company’s workers during summer holidays, purchasing of the New year presents for worker’s children at the age from 1 till 15 years old, package tours to pensioners – former workers of the mill, financial assistance for funerals, assistance to multi-child families, for a child’s birth, for anniversaries of retirees, help for surgeries and examinations, for reimbursement of expenses related to movement to a new place of living etc.

APPM makes significant investments to education of employees, preventive health care, improvement of labor conditions and protection, reduction of professional risks.

In March 2020, the member of the Board of Directors of APPM Vladimir Krupchak adopted a program for supporting regional medical and social institutions. It is implemented successively up to the present day. The mill created the whole system for assistance to healthcare and social service during hard times. More than 40 mln. rubles have been already sent for re-equipment of healthcare facilities, purchase of medical equipment and protection means from coronavirus, among which for worker’s protection (wide variety of preventive means) – 15 mln. rubles.
