In 2018, Arkhangelsk PPM fulfilled completely all obligations in social sector and provision of social benefits and guarantees to the employees, enshrined by the Labour Code and Collective Agreement.
As Olga Savvina, the administrative director of APPM, told that totally 328,8 mln RUB was spent for the social programs and actions in 2018. 31,1 mln. RUB of which was spent for charity support. The enterprise investments amounted to 82 884 RUB per person in a year for the social purposes.
According to the Collective Agreement, 7 mln RUB was spent for the various kinds of financial help.
The children’s holiday camps were visited by 645 children of mill employees. APPM has spent 8,6 mln.RUB from profit for these purposes.
697 employees received rehabilitation and remedial treatment at the own health care center and centers in other regions. Funding was carried out at the expenses of employees voluntary medical insurance (VMI) under the program “Rehabilitation and Remedial Treatment”. Also at the expense of VMI the employees received medical services under the program “Outpatient Services”. The paid insurance payments under VMI agreement amounted more than 36 mln RUB in 2018.
Expenses for annual medical examination amounted to 16,2 mln.RUB.
In 2018, 220 package tours were bought for the pensioners (ex-employees of mill), 7 of which are pensioners that have title “Mill Honored Worker”. 7,2 mln.RUB was spent for package tours purchasing from profit.
Big amount of investments was spent by APPM for the sporting and mass participation events and arrangement of cultural-mass work (approx.40 mln.RUB).
Target financing of Byt JSC facilities (sports and health center, Zhemchuzhina Severa health care center, Doctor Bubnovskiy center located in health care center, Palace of Culture, Uyut hotel) amounted to 18,6 mln.RUB.
