In 2019, Arkhangelsk PPM JSC completely fulfilled all its obligations in the social sphere and providing employees with social benefits and guarantees as stipulated in the Labor Code and the Collective Agreement.
According to the results of last year, the total expenses of the company for the social policy and charity amounted to 365.7 million rubles.
In 2019, 795 employees of the mill received rehabilitation and remedial treatment in the health care center “Zhemchuzhina Severa”, 318 people received treatment in the health care centers of other regions, which significantly exceeds the values of 2018. The financing was provided from the voluntary medical insurance funds of workers under the Rehabilitation and Remedial Treatment Program.
Also, at the expense of voluntary medical insurance funds (VMI), the medical services were provided to employees under the Outpatient Care Program. The insurance payments transferred under the VMI agreement amounted to 55 million rubles in 2019.
Arkhangelsk PPM JSC fulfilled the obligations to finance the costs for the rest and health improvement of the employees’ children during the summer holidays: 706 children rested in children's health camps.
The mill has invested more than 23 million rubles in children's holidays. At the same time, the share of APPM profits amounted to 48.1% (4.0% higher than in 2018). Despite the annual increase of the price of the vacation package purchased by the mill, the amount that must be paid by the parents remained unchanged. It is 13-15% of the total cost, the rest is paid from the profits of the mill and the regional budget.
Traditionally, the APPM purchased 2,556 pcs. of New Year's gifts for employees’ children aged 1 year to 15 years. In total, the mill invested more than 2.5 million rubles.
The Arkhangelsk PPM pays considerable attention to pensioners – the ex-employees of the mill. In 2019, 220 vacation packages were purchased for them in the amount of over 8.0 million rubles.
The financial assistance for the funeral, assistance to long families, at the birth of a child, unemployed pensioners at the anniversary dates, assistance for operations and examinations, refund of charges related to relocation amounted to about 8.0 million rubles.
