The average weight of one young fry is 12 grams (the total weight of the released fry is more than 24 kg).

The fry were grown at the Onega fish farm of the Northern branch of FSI Glavrybvod.

According to Eugenia Moskalyuk, a Chief Ecologist of the mill, annually Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill holds events aimed on protection and reproduction of aquatic biological resources. “The release of fry on our professional holiday is becoming a good tradition for the mill. I would like to emphasize that our event is voluntary and it is not related to production activities,” - said the Chief Ecologist of the mill.

We will remind that the plant voluntary released 2018 fry of trout in 2018.
