Pulp Mill Holding GmbH (Austria) - the single shareholder of Arkhangelsk PPM JSC – elected Aleksandr Rozbakh as a new member of Board of Directors.

Aleksandr Vladimirovich Rozbakh was born in 1959 in Oktyabrskiy village, Vorkuta, Komi ASSR.

He graduated with honours from Sverdlovsk Polytechnic Institute; he earned a second degree in G.V.Plekhanov St.Petersburg Mining Institute in 1999.

He started to work as a miner at the Vorgashorskaya mine in Vorkuta, Komi ASSR.

1991 – 2008 – held various management positions in the companies of M&A, banks and industrial production sectors.

Since 2006 till present – Chairman of BoD of Klaipėdos kartono tara (Klaipėdos kartono tara CJSC, Lithuania).

Married. Has 6 children.
