Investments to re-equipment of general supplier of timber resources to Arkhangelsk PPM - Group of companies "Titan" based on the results of 2021 will amount to 2.5 bln. rub. Holding re-equips machinery fleet on the system level, it purchases more than 120 new machines annually. This year, 14 harvesters, 17 forwarders and 17 short log trucks were supplied to forestry division of GC "Titan". Road-building fleet of the company is in the process of upgrading as well.

In the context of improvement of logistics enterprise system GC "Titan" channeled investment flow to the development of timber floating as the most environmentally sound and cost-efficient type of raw wood transportation, additionally minimizing load to road network of region. During the current year, "Belomorskaya boom company", LLC, which carries out river transportation in the holding, was granted the status of "Arctic region resident" with construction project for tow boat "Yaroslav" with capacity 600 hp. Estimated investments will amount to 500 mln. rub. The funds are intended for the development of industrial sites of the mill as well.

In 2021, GC "Titan" invested considerable amount of finances to service logistics: investments to construction and repair of roads, low level bridges, bridges and rebuild of infrastructure facilities, garages and lower landing amounted to more than 450 mln. rub. based on the results of three quarters.

In terms of Agreement, signed by the Government of Arkhangelsk region and Group of companies "Titan", the first sections of roads in Pinega and Verkhnyaya Toyma Regions were repaired. According to undertaken obligations, during the next five years holding will invest annually additional 100 mln. rub. to road construction. These funds are intended for repair of significant roads for people of municipalities: Karpogory - Sosnovka in Pinega region and Dvinskoy - Belorechenskiy in Verkhnyaya Toyma region.

In the context of charitable programs in 2021 the company invested more than 100 mln. rub. to region development, including 76 mln. rub - according to the Agreement with the Government of Arkhangelsk region on social-economic partnership. Major social projects in Kargopol', Konosha, Pinega, Verkhyaya Toyma and Nyandoma region and in the city of Pomorye were implemented.

At the moment, GC "Titan" is one of the largest timber resources in Russia. The area of forests under lease is more than 5.5 mln. ga. The sites in Arkhangelsk, Vologda regions and Komi Republic are under GC Titan authority. By the end of 2025 the area of forest under lease will increase almost by 20% up to 6.48 mln. ga.

In 2021, the costs of Group of companies "Titan" for forest restoration exceeded 100 mln. rub. Holding stands for the change to intensive model of forest exploitation. The company became the first forest owner of the region, which elaborated route map of forests of high conservation value.
