From 1996 to 2001, Dmitry Krylov held the positions of Deputy Head and Head of the Foreign Economic Relations Department at the Federal State Unitary Enterprise «Arkhangelsk Trawl Fleet Base.»

Between 2001 and 2005, he worked at Tsiglomen Lumber Mill LLC, Arkbum OJSC, and Lesozavod 25 CJSC as Deputy Head of the Sales Department and Head of the Lumber Export Department.

From 2005 to 2013, he served as Deputy CEO for Foreign Economic Affairs at Lesozavod 25 CJSC.

In 2013, Dmitry Krylov was appointed CEO of Lesozavod 25 CJSC.

Since June 7, 2025, he has been serving as CEO of Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill.

He graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at M.V. Lomonosov Pomor State University and from the Arkhangelsk branch of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (now M.V. Lomonosov Northern (Arctic) Federal University), majoring in Management.
