The housing certificates were presented to young families in Novodvinsk, which can be used for part payment of purchased apartment or the construction of single-family house. This year 20 families received the certificates; most of them are the employees of Arkhangelsk PPM. The certificated were presented in the administration building of the mill.

“Due to pandemic of COVID-19, the ceremony of the certificate presentation was held without the participation of the honorary guests from the regional administration and Head of the city as it was before, - said Dmitriy Zyliov, CEO of Arkhangelsk PPM. However, I hope, the dignity of occasion was not decreased by the individual presentation of certificates for the families, which today receive a strong financial support. On the behalf of APPM employees, I would like to thank the Governor of the Arkhangelsk region and the Head of Novodvinsk that by the joint efforts we help and make real things for improvement of housing conditions for young families and improvement of the life quality in Novodvinsk, as well as for employees of the mill.

The total amount of certificate is built using the funds of three budgets: federal, regional and municipal. The minimum payment amounts to 600 thousand rubles, the maximum is 1.2 million rubles.

The Arkhangelsk PPM is extensively invest to the local treasury; it is the permanent participant of the program “Provision of Housing to Young Families” at the territory of the city. The APPM has spent 20 million rubles for young family supporting over 5 years. During that time, about one hundred of APPM employees have improved the housing conditions.

As reported earlier, the program “Housing to Young Specialists” is a social charitable project of Arkhangelsk PPM, which is in force since 2016 under the personal patronage of Vladimir Krupchak, Member of mill’s BoD.
