On July 2, 2019 JSC “Arkhangelsk PPM” held a ceremony of handing the certificates on housing improvement to young families working at the mill. Sixteen families got a chance to buy their own home or improve conditions of living.

Financing of the certificates was received from local, regional and federal budget in framework of implementation of the federal program of housing provision for young families. APPM part this year amounts to 3.2 mln rubles.

Housing to a Young Family program is a social noncommercial project of Arkhangelsk PPM, it was started in 2016 under the personal patronage of Vladimir Krupchak, board member of the mill.

The program is designated for APPM employees under the age of 35 who were recognized by municipal authorities being in need of better housing. Choice of a family is also affected by professional merits of the applicants.

As it was noted earlier, in 2016 a young family became a participant of the Housing to a Young Family program, and received from APPM a certificate worth 337.4 thousand rubles. In 2017, the pilot project grew into a full-value program: 24 families received housing documents with total value about 4 mln rubles. In 2018, 23 families received certificates with total value 4.7 mln rubles.

Comments from Olga Savvina, administrative director of APPM: “Starting from 2016, 46 families have been living in their own apartments bought with support of the mill. This year, 16 more families will have a house-warming. Without question, this program promotes young and talented employees to get at toehold in Arkhangelsk PPM”.
