The Ulyanovsk Electromechanical College (UEC) and JSC "Arkhbum" signed a contract for a period of five years on the practice-oriented training of the company's employees on the basis of the college.

The cooperation provides for training and retraining of personnel for all enterprises of JSC "Arkhbum" in the Central and Privolzhskiy federal branches in accordance with modern requirements and current needs of the company.

As noted in the HR department of the company, the first certificates of advanced training were issued to the corrugating machines operators of the Istra and Podolsk sites of "Arkhbum" in April 2022. The signed agreement only formalized the successful experience of cooperation.

According to Elena Palaguta, business partner in HR-management of the evaluation, training, recruitment and development group of JSC "Arkhbum", it should be noted that the possibilities of distance learning, individual learning path and the dynamism of the new competencies formation for improving production processes are the main advantages of professional retraining on the basis of the UEC.

JSC "Arkhbum" is currently one of the most modern Russian enterprises for the production of corrugated cardboard with one of the highest levels of labor efficiency. Production per month per employee amounted to 31.8 thousand m2 of products in each branch of the company in 2021.
