Silver Threads" is the most authoritative competition for Russian corporate media. This year 85 projects took part in the categories of the competition. The highest award "Grand Prix" was awarded to the book of the Arkhangelsk PPM "Time of Feat. 1941 –1945".

The historical-literary work won an unconditional victory in the "Best corporate book" category among all books and publishing projects prepared by companies operating in the Russian Federation.

The authors of the work are Pavel Fasonov and Elena Zakharova, the employees of the Corporate Projects Department of the Administrative Director Office of the mill.

The book was created on the initiative of Vladimir Krupchak, a member of the Arkhangelsk PPM Board of Directors, the project was greatly supported by Dmitry Zyliov, CEO of the mill, and Olga Savvina, Administrative Director.

The historical-literary work is the second part of the mill's book dilogy. The first book “The Birth of a Giant. 1934 –1940" was released in 2019. It talks about the difficult period of construction of the Arkhangelsk PPM and the city of mill’s employees in 1934-1940.

We remind, that for the uniqueness and depth of research the APPM two-volume book “The Birth of a Giant. 1934 -1940" and "Time of Feat. 1941 –1945" was awarded the prestigious Lomonosov Prize, established by the government of the Arkhangelsk region, the administration of Arkhangelsk and the Interregional Public Lomonosov Fund.
